Tinker & Tokens
What do the links at the top mean?

A link takes you to another page. The links at the top give you these choices:

  • Start here — follow the four short lessons from the beginning.
  • Everyday uses — find small, practical jobs you could try with AI.
  • AI tools — meet examples of outside AI apps and learn how to choose one.
  • Explore more — find news, detailed activities, and the separate children’s area.

These lessons and browser-only activities work without a live AI service.

A simple starting point

Understand AI. Try something useful.

A friendly place to learn what AI is, try an everyday task, and check the answer.

AI is computer technology that can find patterns, make predictions, and create words or pictures.

Four short steps. One clear path.

You don’t need to learn technical words first. Begin with the idea, try an example, meet a few tools, and learn what to check.

Pause whenever you like. The next and back buttons will help you find your way.

Practice tools on this site

Shape a prompt, think through a task, or keep a checklist beside you. No new account is needed.

These three tools use prepared examples or organize your text in your browser. They do not call an AI.

What could this help me do?

Perhaps you want a clearer message, a shorter version of a notice, or a few ideas for a simple plan. AI can suggest a starting point. You decide what is useful and check the result.
