What changed
Google announced on November 5 that Gemini can analyze responses across question types in Google Forms. It runs code to count and compare answers, then summarizes patterns and suggests what you could do next. For example, you could see whether people who rated check-in poorly also reported trouble finding the venue. [1]
Check the form first
Google's help page says the form needs at least 12 responses and three questions. The feature skips quizzes and forms linked to a spreadsheet you cannot access. On a computer, Google points to Actionable Insights in the Responses tab and Analysis steps to review the work behind the summary. [2]
Our take
Ask how many responses support a pattern before changing your next event. If two people had both problems, read their comments and decide whether clearer directions could help. A pattern among a few respondents gives you a place to look. It tells you little about why everyone else answered the way they did.
